Default help to estimate elctric bill

Hi, I need help to estimate of electric bill for a 1050 sq. feet two bedroom, two bathroom apt, it is a brand new building, thus I guess the seal of the windows is good, and the building is a big apt complex.

Heat and hot water are electic generated, 4 people will be living in the apt.

There is another comparable apt which includes heat and hot water in the rent, but the rent is $270/m higher.

I think the estimation of electric bill will help me to choose between them.

Thank you,

My electric is about 47 per month, but its only me in a 2/2 apt at 1138 sq ft. My complex is also new (June 07), I guess it depends on if everyone likes to leave the lights on, have it really warm and take a lot of hot showers.
