Default Tall Oaks Condos in Weymouth

Hi everyone,
Just curious if anyone has any first hand opinions on Tall Oaks condos in south Weymouth. There are a few condos for sale there.
Anyone know if this complex is decent? Any problems there that you know of? Drugs, theft, vandalism, car break-ins... would love to hear anything you know... the good, bad, the ugly.
Thanks

I know Braintree does have car break ins, and theft. Not sure about Weymouth, I am sure the local police would have a report on crime, as, the paper. Crime reports are open to all. You are wise to research.

Default Weymouth Police - A+

When we were considering different communities to move to, we called each town's PD. The Weymouth PD was so nice. The dispatcher talked to me for a long time about her personal opinions about the town. She told me I could come in anytime and talk to different policemen to get their own personal opinions. They seemed very supportive.

Tall oaks condo association makes it a point to stick there nose in your busuness, even to the point where they fabricate reasons to gain access to your property!!! I have first hand experience with this.
