Im been a die hard Red Sox fan since 1967. I started watching the Celtics during Bird era.

But this past year I suscribed to the NBA network and watched 78 of the 82 Celtics games. It has been a great year but I been having Celtics withdrawl since the season was over. I love my Celtics.

The Patriots? I dont think I can ever watch another game after they gave away that game to a useless last place goof ball boobie prize team like they did. A team too ashamed to call themselves by the city they actually play in.

I completely agree with you about the prices of tickets and dealing with some of the people. For the worst seats at Gillette it is $90, plus another $40 to park. That is outrageous and then to deal with a bunch of drunk fans, many who were yelling and didn't know what was going on half the time. I like the Patriots but would much rather watch them on TV. I think hockey is actually a good sport to watch live but boring on television.

Personally, give me good college football anyday. I'll take an SEC football game over any sports up here.

It will be interesting to see when the Red Sox and Patriots start to stink how many people will stop watching or going to the games. Before last year Celtics tickets were easy to get and nobody paid attention to them.
