Default My Drawings...

Here are some drawings I created when living near Boston.
I decided this would be an appropriate beginning!

I spent many hours photographing children (with parental permission)
enjoying Mrs Mallard and her children in the Public Garden.

Here is an old haunt of mine!

I visited the Fisherman Memorial once a month for a year,
doing studies before going to the drawing board!

These are limited edition sepia reproductions of my original drawings.
I used a slightly different tone for each subject.

You really drew those freehand - no litho, projection, or tracing? Incredible dude! You should sell them to Boston institutions. Places like MGH and BWH buy a lot of art to decorate - most of which your work blows away.

You ought to add these to my Boston Photo thread also.

You've got some serious talent! I notice you're now in Bloomsburg, PA, which happens to be a college town. Are you there to study art, by any chance?

Default Town of Bloomsburg

No, not studying art. I am from the area in PA and came back to get away from the expense, and traffic! Cost of living is one third here. Bloomsburg is a real gem. Lots going on with the University. A vital downtown, nice Town Park next to the Susquehanna River. Bocci courts coming! Virtually no crime here. Typical college misdeamenors now and then.... Thanks for looking. My alter-ego creates non-objective paintings! I have a few more drawings on my website.

Ken is one of our most talented artists on the NEPA forum, and it's nice to see he's gracing your fair Beantown forum with his presence as well. Fabulous drawings, Ken!
