Try searching on Yelp. Many more people on there post reviews.

Try Caress in South Boston. It's on Broadway near the corner of Dorchester St. $25 for a Brazilian by the owner Mary. It's no frills, but it's not a scary or trashy place at all. Yelp has a bunch of reviews on it.
