Does any one have some good advise, and or just a good place to start on this.

I am a single mom of two kids and I'd like to move to Boston, but I dont know where are the best, safest but cheapest places to live. I need a three bed Ideally, but two will do. I am a Nurse (LPN) so a job won't be hard to find. I can afford at the most $1100.
Good schools matter to me, both of my kids are in the gifted program here in San Diego.

There are clinics and hospitals, home care agencies all throught so finding a job near where I land shouldnt be too hard...I assume the redline is the best place to live near...connects me to all...correct? (its been a while since I have been there) H
I was looking for places in Quincy...any other recomendations?

Thanks very much
