Has anyone stayed there? I can't find the answers to my questions on their website and it's driving me crazy. I need to know if they have a pool, if breakfast is included, if there's a chance in hell they'll let me check in early and if there's an extra fee for requesting a crib in your room.

No pool. No breakfast. Not sure about the early check in or crib situation.

I would just call the hotel directly.

I stayed there for several days in April. No pool or breakfast, not sure about the crib. The floor I was on (6th, I think) had super thin walls, and I had to complain about very noisy neighbors twice after midnight...but the noise did settle down after I called.

No early check-in. They will hold your bags, but prepare to wait in line even for that if you arrive noon or later. The staff was technically friendly, but in a stiff, "we secretly hate you" sort of way, if that makes sense.

Thumbs up Marriott Long wharf

You might look into the marriott long wharf
they have a pool , within walking distance to quincy market, aquarium-legal seafoods, the harbor-front, north end, and faneuil hall.
"T" stop (Blue line aquarium) or walk up the street to Government Center (Green line) or State (Orange Line)
(red line you could walk down to Downtown crossing or park st. )(about 15 min walk)

not sure about the crib thing but mariott always has great employees and I'm sure if you call them they'll answer your questions

I think that this is a situation of getting what you paid for. honey693 wanted a hotel room for under $125 a night and got the Park Plaza for $60 a night. It's an older hotel, hence the paper thin walls. If the staff isn't overly friendly and bubbly, it's because of what they have to work with. The Long Wharf Marriott is a younger and nicer hotel, but it's also a lot more expensive to stay at.

Bill Clinton used to stay there when he was president. It can't be all that bad.
