Whoa, that's a tall order bro. Cheap and Boston is sorta like cold day and hell. Subway and campground is probably harder. Metro Boston is very dense - not a lot of nearby camping - and things close for the season by this time. Closest I know in Hampton New Hampshire. Well, except for the Harbor Islands. No T service there, but boat service is available! Cheap weekly motel? I'd be scared to recommend, but if you are without fear, you might look on Rt 1 in Saugus or Peabody.

Wampatuck State Park in Hingham has camping and one can do commuter ferry to downtown. Alas, it appears to be closed for camping until next May.

Another option is to stay at a motel further outside of town and take a private commuter bus in such as the P&B from Rockland (though service is limited):
Welcome to Plymouth & Brockton Street Railway

Greyhound and other buses come in to South Station. Might be a longer commuter, but you could have many more options then.
