- Boston is a city (a mini NYC) where it is still manageable. Where can you walk through the city faster than a car?
- Lot of college kids, makes you feel young.
- Diverse neighborhoods. Chinatown, NorthEnd, SouthEnd, ...etc.
- Easy access to the water. Must have a boat or yacht.
- There is always a college for you no matter how smart or dumb you are (as long as you are willing to pay)
- You can gain weight during winter and no one will notice.
- Average looking girl is consider beautiful here (Not too many Miss USA from MA).
- MA has the oldest of everything. How many places has 100 yr old apartments?
- Easy tickets to Celtics and Bruins games. (Used to be easy Patriots and sox game too)
- You learn how to drive properly through rotaries. (close your eyes and count to 3; push the gas paddle).
- Parties. Where can you find parties from 3 different colleges within 500 feet?

so many to list... so little time.

I couldn't agree more I moved out of Boston because of that and now living in Tennessee where it is much cheaper and people are more friendlier.

So very true. You can't beat the amount history boston has plus the great public transportation. I so miss this about being in BOston now that I am in charlotte. NOthing like hopping on the T to go virtually anywhere in the city.
