Hi, this is leo. I'm going to Northeastern U for study and I wanna rent a house. Could you please give me some advice about the price and the location? Thanks a lot and see you in Boston.

Rent a whole house? A two bedroom apt in that area will go for at least $1500. Most houses around there are 3 deckers and most other dwellings are apt buildings. If you can find a house to rent I'm guessing $2500 minimum and you'd be looking for it in JP or Rozzie then Orange Lining in to NEU.
