Default School comparison websites?

Wondering if there is a website anyone knows about that compares the local schools to each other? I've been on greatschools but they only seem to base their ratings on CSAP results. I'm specifically interested in researching the schools in all of the Boulder surrounding areas, as I'm having a hard time figuring out why Boulder area is rated as having some of the best schools in the nation, yet many of the schools in surrounding cities are at a greatschools rating of 7 or below....

I apologize if this question has been asked before, but when I tried a search, it came up with every city on the forums outside of boulder...

It all boils down to the individual kid. What's a great school for one may be awful for another! Don't put too much stock in these websites.
