Default Where to live in Boulder???

We're moving to Boulder. We have 3 kids that are middle school age. We'd like to be in an area near open space. I know there are some lakes in the area. It would be great to live near one of those. Where are the great places to live? HELP!

Cool Open spaces in Boulder?!?!

I don't know if you have heard yet, but Boulder is a no-growth area (meaning the county voted to halt all growth to the area, therefore, nothing can be built in the city limits).

So you must be looking in the county areas, I assume. I suggest you get a realtor or someone local to help yopu figure out a place. I would also take a quick trip to the area and figure out what's out there.

Good Luck!

A Realtor should be able to search IRES (The Boulder area MLS) and give you a list of properties that match your needs (ie open space, lake community)

Give us a description of what else you want and at what price and I'll see what I can find.
