Is there a running group/club in Boulder that allows drop ins for a Saturday Long Run?

I'll be in Boulder with my daughter this week visiting CU Boulder and, while we can figure out our own route, it would be nice if there is a club with supported Sat AM runs such as we have in Austin. I haven't been able to find one online.

Thanks!

How long are you looking for? The Boulder Trail Runners do a "Church Run" on Sunday mornings, but they often go 25+ miles. This time of year it can be very slick on the trails, so be careful and have traction if you decide to go off road.

Your best bet is probably to call Flatiron Running Co or Boulder Running Co and ask them. The staff at both places is very nice and well informed.

12 miles. Usually not a problem when I travel, but I know Boulder has snow and it's not a big metro where you can just take off in any direction up some long boulevard and figure it out as you go.

I'll call those places you recommended. Thanks!
