I have never heard of this place. I believe there is a subdivision of Louisville by that name.

It's not the name of a town, it is a subdivision in Arvada. Sorry, don't know anything about it. The commute isn't bad from Arvada to Boulder.

I was scratching my head, trying to figure it out. Finally remembered there's also a condo development in Rock Creek called Saddlebrook; that one's an easy commute.

Stoli, can you tell us more about where you're talking about?

yaaaaa its the condo development. Haha I thought they were saying it was in Saddlebrook as a town, but I guess they meant a development.

So is anyone familiar with this neighborhood? Underdeveloped, overdeveloped, far or close from 36?

Sorry for the confusion, I was lost too!
