Boulder Liberals

HaHa! Naw, I've been avoiding the California threads to try to stay out of trouble. I avoid the Colorado threads too for the same reason, but when I'm in the Boulder thread, it feels like California!

I've got a long-time friend who I knew since I was 10 in the San Fernando Valley who picked up the guitar after I left for Colorado and HE LOOKS AND SOUNDS JUST LIKE TOM PETTY! Well, last time I saw him anyway. His brother told me he changed and I wouldn't recognize him anymore. Said his name is now Jenny.

True story.

Haha my lil cousin is going to attend UC Berkeley next year, I'm sure she's going to share interesting stories. The great thing about Colorado and I can say this for State Parks is how "rednecks" and "hippies" can all share the same State Park and enjoy it, we get some hardcore hunters that come from around the country and then we have liberal pothead kids who come to hike and camp and at the end of the day, they are sound asleep in tents next to each other that is something you don't get much of anywhere. I do beg to differ that though I am a right-leaning libertarian, I think the best way for Americans to think is up and down and not left and right.

Kind of reminds me of how a "Songs Best Friend" felt. If you get the, "Sunshine On My Shoulders!"

No, my old friend changed his name from Jeff to Jenny. Not that there's anything wrong with that, in my best Seinfeld voice.
