Congrats! - good luck!

I feel your pain - I've been dealing with "Qworst" on this topic for years and finally got through to somebody that was able to make the decision about the plant extension. What's sad is that there is fiber and open T-1 slots at our local switch about they have refused to insert the T-1 cards to 'light up' the neighborhood. They finally agreed to do it after I got 100 signatures of interest (out of the 115 homes serviced by our local switch). It has taken me years to get to this point. Getting real close - Whew!!!

Good for you! Keep me posted, would like to know when it happens. Qworst says that "there is not enough copper" between Ned and our local box and there's no fiber. We did the signature thing years ago to no avail. We also had an email campaign. We'll leave it to the new residents and keep hoping!
