Furnished Rentals in/near Louisville
Hi all! I'm new here....just got a job offer in Louisville that I want to accept...but it will mean having to live in two places for a while. Hubby will stay here (Memphis, TN) while we get the house ready to sell - and sold. I will move out to Louisville (or somewhere near)....
I'm trying to find a furnished place - small - and am confused at best. I'll be working near Dillon and Maclasin off Century Drive.
Any suggestions?

If you want inexpensive, look on craigslist, the local classified ads, the ususal suspects. If you want close to work, there are a number of complexes in that area. I don't know if they have furnished units, and I don't know their names (sorry). One has the word "Copper" in it. If you'll have a car, you could also try Broomfield.

Actually - I found a cottage in Erie on VRBO that the lady will rent to me for $920 a month - which includes all utilities...
It's on Holbrook near Wells....please tell me that the area is safe...she says it is...

Housing Helpers is a great resource! We rented a furnished place from them a year ago. It was affordable, well maintained, and clean. Then they helped us find an unfurnished rental (a free service they offer!) once we became familiar with the area. Now I'm working with Stephanie, one of their Realtors, to buy a home in Superior.
