Lightbulb Coffee/Tea Meetup

Hi all, I posted this in the Denver section as we've been meeting up for about a year now. But recently I've decided to do a non-alcohol gathering for those of us that don't drink. The following is a link to the announcement. I hope to see some of you there.

Please let me know if you intend on coming. It's at the Dushanbe Tea House, Sat. April 18, at 10:30.

That place is super nice. Your handle makes me believe you are looking to make more friends and to make life out west a little more enjoyable? Or am I reading too much into it? I would love to do something like this but I work on Saturdays. I am from the east originally, so maybe I can give you some insight..

Yep, trying to make life enjoyable while here. I'm a native though, so it's not all that bad!

There was a lot of talk on the Denver forum about my handle, it needs to be changed. I wasn't thinking when I first joined. My desire is to move to Miami, and believe me, people are quite vocal about it!

Anyway, I'm always ready to listen to advice. However, there are issues that may keep me in Denver.

Too bad you can't make it, but thanks for your post!

Hello! Just a reminder the tea meet up is two weeks away! A few Denverites are coming too. I'm really looking forward to it! Hope to meet some of you there!

Yes. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to make it, though.

Chilaili: Are you coming?!? I'm planning on coming pending the weather of course, but I think we'll be ok. 10:30 at Dushanbe.

Suzco: Sorry you can't make it, I really hope to meet you sometime!

I've long been looking forward to this, but should we set a time to cancel if the weather looks awful? Say, by 10 PM tonight (or sometime) we make a decision yes/no?
