I would certainly agree with renting first, especially since your child is only two years old, and thus is a few years away from attending school. All of us have our own opinions on what is "good".

No offense, but this is a bit of an exaggeration. I live in Louisville, and I can get to most places in Boulder in 15-20 min. It takes longer than that to drive there from the Tri-towns.

Default Renting

We had considered renting for a few months, as some of you have suggested. It sounds more and more like the right thing, even though two moves close together don't sound like fun. But at least we know that the right house can be found.
