Default Small plots of land for sale in Boulder County?

Hello,
Does anyone know if small plots of land can be sold in Boulder County? If so how would I go about researching this? I've tried general real estate searches. I'm interested in something very small, i.e. 1/16 - 1/4 of an acre.
Thanks for any help!
Robyn

Much of the Boulder area housing development ran 4-5 home sites per acre, with a higher density of lots in some older core areas of town.

Best way for you to find a parcel would be to call upon the local real estate agencies. If you're looking for "raw land", there may be somebody with a couple of adjoining lots with only one house and willing to cash out a lot. Be prepared for sticker shock, it's Boulder .....
