Default New construction only

Hello,
The five year plan includes moving back out to Colorado. I am looking for a list of new neighborhoods, preferably not even finished, around boulder (not in Boulder, too expensive), including areas like westminister, louisville etc.
Thanks

If you're moving here in 5 years, won't the new neighborhoods be old by then?

Try looking at Markel Homes at markelhomes.com. They have new developments in Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Niwot, and Lyons. Bradburn Village down in Westminster is a relatively new and still growing community. SW Longmont has a lot of new developments that are relatively affordable compared to surrounding communities -- i.e. you can still buy a decent single family home for under $300K. Prospect neighborhood in Longmont is also new with some unique architectural styles.

Good luck.

Most builders have a plan to build out a subdivision at about 40 to 90 units a year. Think about it, 5 units a month will keep a construction crew busy and paid enough to survive. Subs get paid per job.

I think Anthem will still be building in Broomfield. Realistically, some of the new developments haven't broken ground yet.

Glad someone listed Markel homes ;p We do design work for them. Lyons Valley Park, Yeager Farms, are two sub-divisions within Lyons that are reasonably priced, and decently sized.
