Question Are there any sites/blogs that discuss homes on sale/real estate in and around Boulder?
Hi...I am new to Colorado. I was wondering if there are any sites/blogs that discuss homes on sale/real estate in and around Boulder?

I am looking for some links where there is a detailed report of a house on sale. Eg: if its over or under priced, what is its current market value, etc.
Zillow, trulia etc provide details about features, sale history etc but they don't talk about how good or bad the house is doing on the market.

Does anyone know of such blogs/sites?

The site focuses more exclusively on statistics and has a week-by-week tally of sales and other stats:
