We're expecting snow this weekend here in Denver (this likely includes Boulder, and possibly the mountains too).

If you decide to move here, you might as well experience it now, as you won't be able to avoid it after you move here.

Would I be better off driving or flying. I am wanting to leave on the 12th. Also, how long do you think it will take to get there? Thanks again David.

A day (driving) if you're going balls to the wall, a little longer if you're normal.

Even if you were to fly, you'd have to rent a car, no? Fly to save time, not to avoid the weather that's going to be here anyway.

I am concerned about chains on the car, because the care we are driving in will not take chains. Do you think a little 4 cylinder mazda 6 will do the job?

Yes you are correct, if we flew there would be a need to rent a car.

Yes. I drive a Honda Civic, and I haven't gotten stuck in it yet.

Nobody uses chains here.

Slow and steady survives the snowstorm.

When is the snow expected to hit CO, and do you know if I will hit snow in Utah or NV? Also, I am assuming the I15N to the I70E is the best and most efficient route to take?

Yes, I-15 to I-70.

Snow: Saturday night through Sunday.

It's unlikely you'd hit any snow in NV. UT maybe, check the forecast.
