Which would be the preferred neighborhood?
Are either of them close to a high crime neighborhood.

Is columbine High still a mess?

Notwithstanding the Democratic lean, would you prefer boulder over either of these areas. Living that close to a college is troubling.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Governors Ranch, Jefferson County, built in the 1980's & 1990's, nice manicured lawns, nice trees, close to SW plaza, shops on Kipling & Wadsworth. Feeds Columbine High. 17 houses currently available from $300,000 to $500,000

Highlands Ranch, Douglas County, built since 1985, 4 rec centers, feeds 4 high schools, would be the 9th largest city in Colorado if incorporated. Price start at $210 for a single family residence to more than a million.

I moved from Jeffco to Douglas County.
