I only know her from watching the episode of who punches harder in Sports Science. She came back from retirement years ago demanding a fight with Laila Ali and never happened.

Lol yes I saw that episode of Sports Science too. I laughed out loud when the back of the dummy's head flew off.

Unfortunately Lucia tore her Achilles tendon while training for a match with Christy Martin in 2005. Recovery time was an estimated 4-7 months and the fight never came to pass. In 2006 she stated she would only consider one more fight...a bout with Laila Ali.


In 2009 she became the first woman inducted into the World Boxing Hall Of Fame.
