Looking at this complete beatdown of Butterbean, I wonder what makes a man put himself in such a shameful position? He was fighting a guy who was bigger, stronger, faster, younger. Butterbean was morbidly obese and a disgrace in this fight, completely beaten up. The embarrassment must've been tremendous. Most of the time, Butterbean swung at air while being beaten in the face. In the end, he simply submitted himself. What a pathetic spectacle Butterbean was. He shamed the sport. It was hard to watch this.

Oh my. It's been years since I've watched clips of a Butterbean fight and this is exactly why. I'm glad that I can't watch the video on my work computer so I can't even be tempted to watch the beat down.

What a waste of time.
He never should have gotten in the ring.
Sad.

I never considered "butterball" anything more than a sideshow at best. He is a big, fat guy who made his name in the tough guy competitions because he was too lazy to get on the gym and train to be a legit prizefighter.

A hard hitter with no conditioning to go long distances, Never meant to be a true boxer. He was more fight club then MGM grand arena. He was more a sideshow as well. I even recall he fought Steve-O even in the Jackass film in a clothing store!
