I want to know how much jump rope do pro boxers, ameatuer boxers, and beginners do? If someone skips 1,000 times how many calories is that? how many times should I skip without stopping?

I would recommend no more than 3 or 4 three minutes rounds of skipping rope, with a one minute rest in between rounds. Too much more than that and your feet may start to hurt.
