An amateur boxer's workout. This is my workout so far for Saturday and Sunday. I jog at least 40 minutes. I do 30 situps then 30 on the abdominal machine. I do 20 pullups. I just started with weights so I'm taking very slow, just 30 dumbbells curls on each other-- 15lbs each. Then later that day I do 30 minutes of boxing/kickboxing on the century wavemaster standup boxing bag. I do 3 rounds lasting 10 minutes each then take two 2 minutes break in between. I never trained in boxing/kickboxing, but I plan to take classes in 2 months. Just have to get in shape first. Then on tuesday and thursdays I jog 40 mins each with 30 situps and again the 30 dumbbell curls.

You should include sprints in your running. Jog 400 yards then sprint 100 yards, repeat.

Forget the weights for now. Stick with push-ups, dips, pull-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, crunches.

When boxing, 3 minute rounds with one minute of rest in between rounds. Start with 10 - 12 rounds. Work your way up from there.

Jump rope, 3 rounds.

Make sure you get one or two days of rest per week.

I should also add, you need to know how to properly wrap and protect your hands before punching anything.
