Who wins?

I say
- Boxing ring: Floyd wins 12 Round Decision
- In Octagon: Ronda wins 2nd Round tapout OR decision (controlling the ground)

Default Both win

Floyd and Ronda both make a great deal of MONEY.

Boxing - Floyd
MMA - Ronda

No surprise. It's like matching Serena against Tiger Woods in golf, tennis. Golf - Tiger, Tennis - Serena.

Tiger isn't an athlete. He's a golfer. But anyway, Floyd would knock her out either way. Rhonda is great at what she does but the fact remains that Floyd is better and a man. Like it or not men are physically stronger than women. As a professional fighter Floyd would dominate her. It's not like Joe average against Rhonda.

Floyd knocking someone out? Whens the last time that occured

If Ronda gets her hands on him, it's over she will throw him to the ground and tap him out.

The greatest show on earth wins easily in any fighting game vs her. As long as they are given a decent amount of time to prepare. As all fights are. Silly thread.

Boxing - Mayweather by TKO, somewhere around the 4th round.
UFC - Rousey by armbar submission, 1st round

I agree

Someone like Pacquiao from a few years ago would have a chance in UFC against her because he had the knockout power necessary to keep her from eventually clinching and throwing to the ground.

Against Victor Ortiz, when he wasn't looking.

I'm fairly certain Floyd could defeat Ronda in either venue. He's already proven he can beat women.

LOL at Floyd not knocking her out within the first round.

Floyd wouldn't even have to worry about defense.

He could just let his hands go. It wouldn't last more than 15 seconds.

Floyd is used to getting hit by grown men. Rhonda doesn't have boxing skill necessary to hang with amateurs.

She would get knocked out in any amateur boxing gym worth it's salt in the first round, if they let the guy go all out.

The punching power of a man compared to a female is not even comparable.

(With the exception of Anne Wolfe)

Chances are, Rhonda would get KOed by Cyborg in the first round. She better worry about Cyborg instead of Floyd.
