At the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Floyd Mayweather Jr, following his dominating win over Juan Manuel Marquez, was confronted in the ring by WBA welterweight champion Shane Mosley. It became very hostile and several individuals got between them to keep both fighters apart from each other. Some words were exchanged and Mayweather's post-fight interview with Max Kellerman was cut short soon afterwards

Is this the same Shane Mosley who didn't want any part of floyd after he beat Vargas the second time, remember he had a bad toothache so he couldn't talk about it?

If that is the same Shane Mosley he needs to shut his pie hole, As that dislpay at the end of the fight was very WWE ish

However that would be a good fight

I'm glad he did it, gave Floyd a taste of his own medicine. Floyd likes to run his mouth, well now he can put up or shut up. I'm glad to see someone calling him out where it will get the most press. It was a B.S. fight to begin with, and an overblown win on his record.

Good for Mosley. I think Mosley beats Mayweather and Pacman.

I think Mosley wants his last big pay day before he retires and gets back to promoting.

I'm not so sure it's just about the payday. Don't forget, he's raking in money with a cut from Golden Boy Promotions. I think he really wants to cap off his career with a big win. He's coming off a very impressive win over Margarito and I'm sure he'd like to get in one or two big events while still strong.

Just a shame that Mosley has to resort to such a plastic, gimmicky display. So low-class, so fake, so MMA! He was always so humble, gracious, and respectful. I guess he feels that he's running out of time and wants that next big fight with moneymaker Floyd.

This was a dream fight when they both were younger before Mosley moved up to welterweight. With a potential matchup with "Quicksilver" Mayweather on the horizon, Mosley jumped two weight classes seemingly avoiding that matchup. I think then he had a better chance of making a fight of it.

Floyd is too good for him though.
