Default Fowler Lane extension?
Does anybody know if the city is planning to connect Fowler between Durston and Babcock? With all the new houses south of Durston I'm wondering if they're going to keep developing that area.

Betting it will happen at some point, as well as Cottonwood and Ferguson on north.

Generally, the city doesn't do it.
They wait until a developer wants to sell some lots and build some houses and then they make them pay for it.

I think it's a safe bet that the entire area over there will be developed
