You will find there are good things and bad things about any place you choose to live... and Palm Bay is no different.

I currently have my home for sale in NW Palm Bay... it's a pretty quiet neighborhood.. some newer homes as well as older ones. My husband has lived here since building the home in 1990, however I've only been here since 2004. The RE market is pretty flooded right now as prices continue to drop... we dropped our price just last week.... but we are not at our "bottom line" yet. It's a 4BD/2BTH 1,848 Sq. Ft.

I invite you to contact me if you or your wife would like more information. We are moving out of state and our new home will be ready about the time you are coming here.

"Don't Believe the Hype"
I've lived in Palm Bay for nearly 20 years and I've watched Palm Bay get worse and worse. Though it began as a sleepy little waterfront community surrounded by pastures and Orange Groves, that's all gone. The result is that Palm Bay has grown into an unruly mess. The city is trying to manage it's problems using a "homeowners association" model which seems to result in layers of patch-worked ordinances which are poorly worded but vigorously enforced. Palm Bay has suffered a bad reputation in Brevard County since the 1970's when General Development Corporation paved miles of makeshift roads in order to sell lots of cheap land. Those roads are now packed with cheap cars. Gang activity is up, property values are down, Let me out!
