We are looking to own or even rent a modular home in Brevard county . Lived in Melbourne area 20 yrs ago and want to relocate but need to look around. we are 2 adults with 2 adult children. . schools not needed. Just safe area . Would love to know the names of some communities . thank you all !

Look at Barefoot Bay; it is a big manufactured home community with lots of amenities at a reasonable cost IMO. I am considering it for retirement, but they are not age restricted.

I meant other sites that claim to be listings of MH communities like MHVillage.com. Others I found did not list as many as MHVillage.com. There is even one that claims to be a comprehensive one for FL only but has less FL communities than MHVillage.com. BTW, I joined (free) MHVillage.com so I could see more info on some listings. I was a little suspicious when that popped up but I have not been spammed on that address so I think they honor their privacy promise.

thanks any real estate agents you like? I felt they wanted to get rid of me over the phone when they saw I didnt ant to spend over 100,000 on buying a home. that was beachside and mainland good luck to you too its hard work!
