It's not a question of health, FL demographics are skewed towards the elderly hence why there is the demand. Compared to most other southern states, Floridians are more "healthy"

I quit the profession after over 2 decades, with Bachelors and Masters degrees. Not willing to work in understaffed hospitals anymore - too many safety concerns for me. Let someone else do it.

There are lots of vacancies for teachers too Longest list I have seen in a long time....then they will add more jobs if schools gain too many kids when families move in the summer and register in August. Just not prepared for 2 or 3 new schools being built every year again like in the 80s and 90s.
