Uh no. Trump actually wants to majorly increase defense spending. The bomber program also survived obama who loathes the military and could have killed it before it even began. Its unlikely the program will be going anywhere, clinton or trump. 9 layoffs in 15 years is rough and not the norm. I was in the defense industry for years and never faced a layoff. Yes there are downtimes where contracts get cut of course and people get axed but your story is unusual.

I agree with the above. With all the unrest in the world, with either candidate, our military contracts will likely go up. I just don't see either one making cuts, at least for the next several years. But I am no politician so this is purely opinion.
