Does anyone know what this city is like? We just moved into a gated community on the south side of town. Seems to be alot of Baby Boomers in our area.

Palm Bay is a great city. I always liked it there. I never noticed any specific age group there, it seemed to me it was a mixture of all age groups.
I do like it there though. I always thought it was a good area and I felt safe(of course there may be a few not so nice streets/areas like every town or city). If I move back to Florida in the future, I would move to Palm Bay/Melbourne.

2005 was the last time I was there. I moved to Cape Coral in December 2005.
