My husband and I live in Atlanta. We would like to buy a small vacation home while the prices are down. We're not sure which town to buy in. Can anyone help us.

It took us appox. a few years to decide on which part of FLA we wanted to live. My husband and I visited many areas. And made sure we visited in the summer months. Just to make sure we could handle the heat/humidity. We settled on Vero Beach. Melbourne is nice and so is Sebastian. Now, mind you, this is our own opinion. We didn't care for anything in the Titusville or Cocoa area. Palm Bay was a maybe until we stayed there a few times with friends.
Its like the last poster stated. Depends on what you are looking for. Make sure you visit many, many times. Good luck. I'm sure with research you will find the right area
