Hi,

we are moving to Florida and thought Melbourne would be a nice area. It looks like a nice and affordable place.

Can you recommend it?

Or where would you move?

I have a fully furnished condo in Cocoa Beach on the waterfront that I would be interested to rent to someone either seasonally or yearly. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, sun porch. Secured entrance and covered parking. You can look at pictures of our homey comfortable place on the water at vacationrentals.com. The site listing is 59513. $1600 for the season. yearly we could consider less. If interested send us an email. Thanks

Holy cow. For $1600 I can move to North Hollywood. And your posting has nothing to do with my request.

Melbourne/Palm Bay area and its beaches are a great place to raise a family. We have some of the best schools in Florida. We have wonderful natural beaches. Close enough to go almost anywhere in Florida on day trips. Lots of nice friendly people in the area.
Can't think of anywhere else I would want to live.

Great. Thank you for your response.

What I read also, that some place in that areas are a little bit more crime rated. Is that true?
