Lightbulb A Precious Human Life

“Every day, think as you wake up,
Today I am fortunate to have woken up,
I am alive; I have a precious human life.
I am not going to waste it,
I am going to use all my energies to develop myself.
To expand my heart out to others,
To achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings,
I am going to have kind thoughts towards others,
I am not going to get angry, or think badly about others,
I am going to benefit others as much as i can.”
His Holiness the Dalai Lama

Kerby W-R...I'm just glad to be alive each morning...life itself, (without any thought from me) expands my heart, enlightens me,and of course continually developes me.....all to the benefit of others. ...I NEVER waste my time being angry or thinking badly about others...it's so much more satisfying to think kindly of others....Thinking of my friends always makes me smile.....and Aganusn....you don't have to be religious to be happy, and content.

"Be grateful for today, for you have learned much. And if you have not learned much, at least you have learned a little. And if you haven't learned anything, at least you're healthy. And if you aren't healthy, at least you woke up alive."

Religion won't make the difference if you are not happy/content to begin with.
