I'm ready to move for a lower cost of living. Any advice for a black woman in her mid-forties who plans to rent. I'd be paying as little rent as possible while still remaining in a safe area. I work as a substitute teacher and home health aide. Oh, and I don't drive.

I'm guessing that some parts of University Heights might work. Perhaps parts of North Buffalo too.
