Now, back in the days there was a tiny black community out near love canal at the time called "Griffin Manor" but the city knocked it down after they told all the residents they were on top of "contaminated land" but then like 10 years later went and built an old folks home right on top of where Griffin Manor used to be...

I know old Trott Vocational used to have some good ballers before it closed in the mid 80's(give or take).

When they combined Lasalle and the old NFHS they turned the BB team into a state superpower. lol Like Voltron, now that everyone is on the same team they take it to states almost every year. We won the state title in 05.

Actually, I remember when LaSalle was a state power and Trott won a title before it closed.
It's hard to forget the '05 team that finished 2nd in the nation, had 6 guys play D-1 ball and 2 pros(1 in NFL and 1 in NBA).

As a sidenote, I used to hang out with one of the Maggadino's (Charles), the one that botched that "hit" some years back.
You would LOVE this book, they sell it at the book corner on Main, I got it very soon after they printed it.
