I move to Buffalo next week! There are still 3 things I need to find however:

1.) Who do you recommend for an internet service provider?

2.) Any places in Buffalo that sell used furniture, or furniture on the cheap that deliver?

3.) Can you recommend a good hair stylist that isn't afraid to do crazy/different cuts?

The cable isp is time warner, I have had them for ten years. They run a good service.

Verizon FIOS is available in some areas, they are starting to get aggressive with pricing, so they might be a good deal now.

I also use Time Warner (Roadrunner). Its very fast & Ive been happy with it. You can get it packaged with digital phone service (which has free long distance) for maybe $80ish/month + taxes/fees (though you may be able to get a better deal as a new customer).

I tried verizon. after several hours of calling their pathetic tech support and trying to complete the set up i gave up and am looking for another option. ive read tons of bad reviews in regards to time warner. comcast looks promising. i havent found any decent used furniture stores yet. i had to go to walmart for the basics. soon as i get internet ill check craigslist and freecycle

Hi,
I use Time Warner for TV service.
Verizon's DSL for internet/wireless service.
Satisfied with both.
The only thing about verizon DSL I dont like is that its not user friendly when you pay your bills online or over the phone!
