Default Any ideas on local churches that will marry an interfaith couple from out of town?

My fiance was raised non-religious and has never been part of a church congregation. I was baptized as a Catholic during my childhood and still identify as Christian, but I don't have any formal ties to any parish.
We currently live out of state but we are planning to get married somewhere around Buffalo because he still has a lot of family in the area.
I really like the idea of getting married in a church. It seems like it might be challenging to pull it off since we don't have any ties to a local congregation and we're coming from out of town. Does anyone have any recommendations for churches in/near Buffalo that are willing to work with people in this situation and that would be a nice setting for a wedding?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Have you thought about contacting a Unitarian church? They would probably be the best bet in terms of what you are looking for. One church. Many Beliefs: An inclusive religious spiritual community. Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo - Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo

Unitarian Universalist Church of Amherst, NY

There are wedding chapels in Niagara Falls. Some may be able to take care of you.
