Delta Sonic is a very well known car detailer in the Western New York Area. They are everywhere. Just google.
And if you do not want to do corporate there are many local car wash and detail places around. I can't think of any off the top of my head because I have only recently returned to Buffalo. For the most part I go to Delta Sonic.
I may be in the minority but I took my Toyota for Delta Sonic and wasn't very pleased. It was all rush, rush, rush! The cars are on a conveyer belt and it's all timed. You truly get what you pay for but I'd rather save the $50 and go somewhere & get it done right.
On the other hand I had my car detailed at Towne BMW in Williamsville (Main & Transit) and it was one of the finest detailing jobs I'd ever had! They had the car all day, removed some paint blemishes and I swear it looked better than new. Granted it was $150 but it was worth every penny.
There is a small private place on Elmwood Ave downtown. I have never had a car detailed there but work down the street. They seem to always have a steady stream of customers with high end cars. That may mean they are pricey, but it may be worth a google search. I am sure there are other good privateers aruond too.
Delta Sonic is ok for a basic job, but they are not going to go the extra mile. It's just an assembly line experience there.
