Who is moving to the Buffalo Area and Why?
I am a real estate agent in this area and am curious as to the amount of folks on this board who are definately relocating or moving to the Buffalo Area and why you are moving here?
I have to say, its really a great area, certain neighborhoods, like any area arent very good to be in, others are outstanding!!!!!
snow? yes we get it and along with the snow, we get the opportunity to ski, snowboard and sled, we also have great fresh water to swim in and water ski and boat in the summer - the best of both worlds. We are very close to the canadian border as well as other great vacation spots.
Just looking for input from everyone that is making a move and why?
Moderator cut: realtor soliciting but from one who lived here and then left and decided to come back - you cant beat the price for what you get
