gang soldiers everywhere, drug dealing, organized crime, white collar criminals..corupt organizations dirty businesses....its dangerous dilapidated and crime ridden...unfortunatly it has connections with other cities and towns involved in crime and thus criminals flock to the region..thje police are not taking the appropriate actions and are ambivalent . they do help people but they look the other way or even some are taking part in crime
