I agree and the South campus is way more walkable with retail and reastaurants right down Main street. (Considering the North campus isn't walkable at all). South campus offers affordable housing, close to the Metro stops, and is way more college like. IMHO you'll do better down Main street than Bailey Avenue as Bailey isn't what is use to be but Main St is just fine.
