Hi, The main Indian grocery store is Super Bazaar, on 3218 Sheridan Drive in Amherst (a suburb adjacent to Buffalo). This store is near the University at Buffalo, which has many Indian students, and close to many middle-class and upper-middle class neighborhoods where Indians live. Some of the standard grocery stores, such as Wegmans and Tops, also carry a decent supply of certain Indian foods, such as legumes, spices, jar curries, etc. But Super Bazaar is your best bet. It also has a small gift store inside.

There is a small Indian clothing shop (with saris, etc.) called Chain's, on Niagara Falls Boulevard, close to Kenmore Ave.

Many Indians in Buffalo and Niagara Falls make regular trips to Toronto, Ontario, which is less than two hours away. As you may know, there is a huge Indian community in Toronto, and therefore many markets, shops, restaurants, and cultural activities.

Have you contacted SUNY Buffalo? Many Indian students. They might have a bulletin board for posting. There are several cultural centers ( religious based) here... you might try looking them up as well.
