Buyers should always beware, lets face it if its too good to be true, then it most probably is..... I just came across a family where they were looking to rent a home b/c they needed to leave the current house do to the family wanting it back. They contacted someone and then he said, the door is open, go take a look, they did and wired him $500, HE DIDNT OWN THE HOUSE - they contacted the owners through tax records and sure enough they knew nothing about it - they arent rich and out of their deposit and now have nowhere to live..........
