Default The Natural

The Natural with Robert Redford, Glenn Close and Robert Duvall was filmed here in Buffalo. I thought it would be first on the list

Yeah, that is an oversight and weren't some of the scenes shot at War Memorial Stadium?

That's a dismal list. The only recognizable name is the Teenage Ninja Turtles movie. Here are the actual notable films shot in Buffalo:
  • Best Friends
  • Hide In Plain Sight (set and filmed in Buffalo)
  • The Natural
  • Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

I agree, that is a terrible list of mostly obscure films.

Bruce Almighty was set in Buffalo, but only background shots were actually Buffalo in the film. Still, more well known than a lot at that link.

Absolutely. The Rock Pile was "Knights Field."

No one mentioned Buffalo '66? A good indie film too, IMO.
